Pilotes renews its EcoVadis certification

In 2025, our team — holding the EcoVadis certification since 2017 — successfully renewed it once again. By improving our score by three points compared to 2023, we now rank among the top 5% of companies evaluated worldwide by EcoVadis.

Eco-what?

EcoVadis is an international platform that assesses how sustainably and socially responsibly companies operate. It evaluates, among other things, how organizations address environmental issues, labor and human rights, ethics, and sustainable procurement. This is done through a questionnaire and the analysis of supporting documents.

Companies of all sizes and across all sectors can participate, and the system is used worldwide.

The EcoVadis assessment methodology is based on well-established international standards. It aligns with the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI), which helps companies report on sustainability in a clear and transparent way. The ten principles of the United Nations Global Compact are also integrated, with a focus on human rights, labor conditions, environmental protection, and anti-corruption.

In addition, EcoVadis uses the ISO 26000 standard as a guideline for corporate social responsibility. The labor standards of the International Labour Organization (ILO) are essential for protecting workers’ rights. The CERES principles, which promote responsible environmental management, and the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights also form the foundation of the evaluation.

EcoVadis 2025: raising the bar for sustainable performance

Since 2025, the EcoVadis assessment system has become more demanding. Medals are now awarded based on a global percentile ranking across all assessed companies.

Only the top 35% of evaluated companies now receive a medal. This makes comparisons more transparent and encourages companies to continuously improve and demonstrate real impact.

Our results

Our EcoVadis results are the outcome of committed employees who work every day to develop better and more sustainable solutions, creating a positive impact for our customers, our partners, and the environment.

Pilotes obtained the EcoVadis distinction for the first time in 2017 and has renewed it every two years since.

In 2025, Pilotes further improved its score: with an overall score of 79 out of 100 and a position in the 96th percentile, we outperform 96% of the companies evaluated worldwide. This resulted in an EcoVadis Gold Medal (Top 5%), awarded in August 2025.
